Nofollow attribute

I know there was a post about this recently and I should have subscribed to it, because I can't find it now.

Someone in that thread mentioned that it is best to use nofollow on links to FHG's, but is it also wise to use this attribute on your other affiliate links? I've heard that just about any link with affiliate codes could penalize you with regards to PR and just wondering if it's best just to use the nofollow attribute on all of them.
