Good Morning

There are a buncha pissed off birds this morning.They weren't expecting me to be early or for it to still be dark, so fewer birds meant fuller bellies for the few. I'll go back at lunchtime and make up for it.

The few that were there this morning got a lil extra treat. I made a crabmeat omelette with grated pepperjack cheese melted on top and cheated and used canned big flaky layered biscuits. Wasn't in the mood for greasy meat, so I made a blonde tabasco shrimp gravy and pot of pecan praline. To make up for the missing meat, though, I treated the ol feathered fellas to a can of smoked oysters and some cubed pepperjack.

Now to smoke dessert, thaw out, and work until lunchtime and head back to the beach to feed the late sleepers.
