That does suck, you're right, it should be free as advertised.

I'm usually pretty picky about choosing skins and I'll end up either downloading one that has pieces that don't work properly or has a million things that I want to change around on it... It can get very frustrating.

I think I lucked out with picking one out for my newest blog though, thankfully. It's perfect really, all I had to change was the picture in the header.
