Good Tuesday..Hello July

I ended up in the ER last night. I partially tore my hamstring running to first base in a softball game. I pulled it Friday during a game, played another game Saturday and hurt it worse, then practiced on it Sunday thinking it was ok as long as I didnt go too hard on it. Well with my team tied for second and we were playing our arch rivals (the team we split from a couple years ago) who were tied with us I threw caution to the wind and ran as hard as I could to beat a play at first, I was safe and got an rbi, but now my season is probably over. It was without a doubt the worst pain I have felt in my life. I damn near fainted, but managed to stay in the dugout and coached my team to a 9-8 win before getting carried to the car and wheel chaired into the hospital. I am pretty drugged up right now for the pain, so if I get around to getting anything made and submitted free sites wise today I apologize in advance for any fuck ups I might make.
