Why Greenie did not make list of all blind recips in that time?
Why it comes up only after several weeks/months?
He is pissing off submiters, changing rules every week.

I'm sure that there will be more such declains from him, seems like he enjoys it! He will wait while all submiters change their recip tables and then after some weeks will piss them again!
