Forgot the crucial step of actually posting the photo I took early this morning. No change. Still 210. Bike rides make me hungry.
Garlic chicken over rotelle pasta baking in the oven. Should be ready in another hour or so. Then time to boil an ear or two of sweet corn. Land O'Lakes salted butter warming on the table. Good thing I weighed myself first. I'll do extra laps tomorrow.
