I try to go to the swimming pool/sauna every second day, the other days I'm doing crunches at home. It's raining constantly since two weeks so I can't ride bike or use skipping rope at all
I eat white bread with low fat ham/cheese & a cup of kefir for breakfast, home made soups in the midday, and milk+cornflakes or olives+mandels as supper (In the oposite what I'd have thought, lately I discovered they are both very caloric,especialy mandels, but also full of vitamins we need so much so I keep eating them)
I also try to drink as much home made fruit (and carrot) juices as possible
