I just came home from a 2h walk. I really can't feel my legs and I'm hungry like a wolf
![]() I think I'll stop the diet for a week or two to regain my strength. I'm feeling weak all the time and I don't think it's a good thing. I will weight myself as often as possible so I don't gain too much weight during this break. |
