Just a suggestion, an if I were you kind of thing:
Start with a minimalist design principle, less is more. Leave them ambiguous at first, let the traffic tell you what it should be and quickly respond. Sometimes it's just fun to introduce a little chaos. Oh, and try just a touch of content.
