I woke up to the wife telling me that the kids have a snow day even though there was nothing more than a dusting at that point. The snow is beginning to pick up now. Oh joy. Last I heard, we'll be getting something between 8 inches and 8 feet by tomorrow morning.

I'm slowly trying to integrate the new review/submission script on the Perv and it's fairly slow going. What a shocker.

I've applied to two universities in my pursuit of a career. I have my fingers crossed that I'll get accepted to the one with classes only 10 minutes away, but the program I'm applying to is pretty competitive since they get a ton of applications and only allow 20-25 new students each year. I was accepted at the other university back in '98, but I never attended because I was/am a lazy, stupid bastard, and at the time, I really had no idea what I wanted to do when I grow up (27+ years-old at the time.

). If I get accepted to the local school, I'll be able to begin teaching with their B.A. and have 5 years to earn my M.S.S.E. while working. At the other school, I won't have initial certification to teach until I have my M.S.S.E. and that sucks balls. Either way, I just want to get the ball rolling.
