Come to think about it, I'm not sure it would be worthwhile as adult webmasters use many sponsors whereas mainstream webmasters often rely on a single one (ex. Clickbank). It would be too much hassle to determine which sponsor allows this technique. It also works only on sponsors who "remember" the users you sent them (through cookies).

Just FYI, here's how it would have worked :

1. User opens your web page.
2. The web page does a hit on the sponsor link (through an embed src). The sponsor's cookie (with your affiliate id) is stored on the user's computer at that point.
3. Whether your user clicks the link to your sponsor or manually enters the URL, you'll earn credit for that user.
Anyhow, as I've said, probably too much hassle but I'm brainstorming here.
