Good 311 Hump Day

Another day of DSL issues here. Tech came out yesterday morning and naturally the DSL was working fine when he was here but within an hour of him leaving the DSL started acting up again. When I called back and said I was going to cancel and go back to cable I got escalated to a higher level tech who setup my line to be monitored until tonight when another tech is coming out since the issues seem to get much worse in the evening.

Besides today's DSL joy just more of the same planned for today.
