Stolen Recips

I don't know if this is the right place to post but it's something that has been bothered me for quite some time now.

I kept receiving submits with recips to a site that looked almost like mine. I investigated a bit further and this is what I found out:

It seems he only changed a few values. I really don't understand why is it so hard to be a bit creative. I guess it's easier to steal someone's work
