Just an interesting observation... Take it for what it's worth... NOTHING
But I know when I first started, people would offer no recip submissions or what not and about 90% of the time, submitters would go ahead and add a link anyway. It seems to be it's reversed itself and that now, if it isn't mandantory then submitters aren't putting up recips. Like I said... Just observing. |
