The promotional material included three photo sets of ten photos each. Since many ll want 12 photos in a gallery the galleries are somewhat of mixed series. If mixed series is a problem should I pick a different poison and cut back to 10 photos / gallery?

You could also make a 3rd gallery with 10 pics each if the content zips were all 10 pics each.
