Problems problems & more problems... we're all suffering

There is soo many problems yet no one seems to tackle them.

We have 4 mediums we deliver porn with in general... DVD, Web, Mobile & magazines.

Web:
It seems we all are falling prey to the "free" era... and this has caused me many restless nights. do we adapt and also play the "free" game or rise up against it and offer something the free sites can never offer?

Unique content and a very well laid out site experience might be the answer combined with content that *CANT* be ripped or stolen.
a big problem... and well it seems because its so hard to protect against piracy no one seems to even try???

Content can be shielded behind a complex encrypted algorithm.. why are people not interested in perhaps using the existing technology to protect themselves... hide the content well and change the way you hide it often... Flash & Flex are well suited to hide content location!!!

the "download to keep" option seems to be something of the past.. with growing internet speeds and so forth... why not keep the content server side. Surely a member that really like the content of a site will go back month after month if he cant download the whole site in a couple of hours. (this can even be done so that single signups gets the download option but recurring don't?? but with somewhat of a protection scheme in place.)

another thing that bothers me is the fact most people give away sooo much content...why is that! Surely there is a very fine line between making a person horny and satisfying there wanking needs?

Actors that gets into the personal game (solo sites etc) seems to be better off than the general slash of actors working all over the place. why not support the solo sites more than!?!

the recession... a hard time period and no one has money... fair enough. But the people that do spend there money should really get there moneys worth.. perhaps we should strive to get this done properly.


Mobile:
This market is growing rapidly and well apart from Tubes that started to make mobile clips available this market is still virgin to all the growth it has to offer... Not to many of us are interested in nor tried out this market? WHY NOT.

Magazines:
The magazines seems to have there ground covered and its not something a lot of people mention... I know near to nothing about the problems in there industry. Does any magazines have affiliate based subscription sales going?? would be interesting to know about them.

DVD's:
We all know that copying and piracy and the mere fact DVD's are so cheap that this industry fell to its knees...

Piracy will always be the problem here as its very easy to simply copy a DVD I know of one or two people that actually give there DVD's out DIRT cheap.... however from scene 3 onwards the person have to SMS or Call a premium number to get an unlock code... interesting to know why not many companies are using this technology?
