Looking for high quality host

I am looking for a good hosting firm that wont charge 600.00 a month for a server with 200 ips.

It takes a month to get 200 sites up so if you have a good firm and are willing to work with someone that has over 1400 sites to go up we can talk.

I have had alot of issues with hosts service , pricing , attitude and so forth .

If you are a good host act like one please.
