Okay, replaced the hardcore image on the warning page.
Removed the adult affiliate program link - I now remember what I was thinking when I put it there. I wanted to get some anchor text link juice to my adult webmaster site. I really didn't expect any clicks on it.

As far as the freesite title, not sure what to do here. Do you mean put the domain name like "Insanely.com Presents Kara Novak" or just a site title like "Kara Novak Audtions". Also, should the title be linked back to the warning page? Or can it just be part of the header graphic?
