Major, Im going to suggest something else that wasn't mentioned above. Your thumbs all show pretty much the same image over and over. There are no real transitional images.

No variety = Boring to a surfer and wont get any clicks.

Your galleries all have the pics that are far too similar, take for instance the last gallery that you posted it has a lot of basically the same pics....
pics #1, 2 & 8
pics #9,10 &11
pics #13,14 &15

Not much to stimulate the viewer to want to see more IMHO. If you cant find content with variety maybe try another sponsor that does.
