Hello all,

Just submitting my first free site. Just Robert, did my treadmill walking this morning, will do Wii workout this afternoon. Trying to add in a walk to the workout routine.

Unfortunately, Jim has had the intestinal flu again since last night.

I'm hoping I don't get it again. Not sure if we are passing it back and forth, so have been breaking out the clorox wipes for door handles, counter tops, etc. Poor guy, he looks bad. Glad we still have gatorade and powerade on hand for him.

Good luck Cleo with the kids and the strippers, I can't imagine 9 cats and young kids at my house, it would not be pretty.
