Is you company/income in danger?

I read this article sometime last week when I saw it posted and I wanted to quote one part of it and make a statement about it.

Ashcroft, a religious man who does not drink alcohol or caffeine, smoke, gamble or dance, and has fought unrelenting criticism that he has trod roughshod on civil liberties in the wake of the Sept. 11 attacks, is taking on the porn industry at a time when many experts say Americans are wary about government intrusion into their lives.

They go to church almost every Sunday
They have tied each other up on occasion (they stopped because Frank tickled Mary while she was helpless and she told him he could blow it out his ass before she'd let him do THAT again)
They enjoy going out dancing when they can get a good babysitter.
In the summer they frequently host BB-Q's around their pool where the burgers and dogs are served hot and the beer and wine coolers served cold.
Mary volunteers are the church each Thanksgiving to help feed the needy
Frank has a membership to Teen Jasmin.com
All in all Frank & Mary are happy productive members of their community.

BUT this freak of nature Ashcroft is the one determining what is obscene!!????
