I used olive oil instead of canola, left out the miso (couldn't find it plus I'm sure it has gluten) and added a bit more lemon juice instead. http://www.realfood.com/blog/vegan-cashew-cheese-recipe I chunked it up on pizza, and plan on making grilled cheese sandwiches today, something I haven't had since I gave cheese up. Watch out for the "veggie" cheese in the store, as it has dairy, and enough to screw me up.
