If you look at Excederin versus Extra Strength Tylenol, you'll find that the difference is that Excedrin is 250mg aspirin, 250mg acetaminophen and 65mg caffeine and Tylenol is 500mg acetaminophen but no aspirin or caffeine. Caffeine is used to speed digestion, which is why Excedrin appears to help quicker, but, for me, I find the acetaminophen to be the ingredient that helps the most.

Excedrin is the only thing that works for me.

Left untreated my migraines will get so bad that I'll start throwing up and I become real light sensitive.

Also I find that popping two in the morning seems to help in preventing me from getting then in the first place.

Tylenol alone doesn't seem to do anything for me.
