Tis Wednesday, My Friends!
Morning!
It's Run Around Wednesday, but luckily for me, I only have 1 appt: I'm being evaluated for Aquatic Physical Therapy. Since regular PT was not working & left me in more pain each time I went, the doc's think that this new type in the water will be easier on my back & not leave me in as much pain as the regular PT. Of course, before & after that, it's work for me |eatme| Have A Spaztastic Day  |
