Cleo, when my home sells, if it ever fucking does, it will be a LONG time before I buy another home. Not just because of the sour taste I have of it taking a year to sell (that's what I get for owning a $750,000 house) but it has a lot to do with the changes in my life that are and will be happening over the next few years until my daughter finishes school. She has 3 years left after this year then college or whatever.
