PR6 site wants to trade hard links with PR4 and above

I am willing to give you a hard permanent link from the 'Friends of Global Celebs' box near the bottom of my page if you will recip to me (hard & permanent) from your PR4 or better site.

I am looking to build trades for the purpose of ranking well in Google, not traffic trading, so where you put me on your page doesn't really matter (and is why you'll have to put up with being near the bottom of my page)
