Anyone had any success getting paid from affiliate programs when below the min. threshold?

I know rules are rules, if it takes me being terminated from the affiliate program in order to get paid, I'm happy with that. I am no longer promoting anything anyway, there may be a few links still lingering on the interwebs, but since I'm so generous, you can keep the click or 2 that may be headed your way for free!
