Unintentionally giving out free porn. Can anyone help?

I noticed that a google image search on my site wasn't turning up many pics so I went into google webmaster tools and submitted a site map and took other steps to make my site more SE friendly. Now the SE is sending hits to my site but it has indexed full size pics and instead of looking at my galleries and clicking on the ads, they are looking at the full size pics and moving on. I can see the pattern in the web access logs. Anyone have a solution to the problem? I would imagine it would effect lots of gallery/free site submitters but my searches on this board did not turn up a good match.
