Been up since 5 am for no good reason at all other than I had to get up to take a piss and couldn't go back to sleep.

The owner of the restaurant tried to replace my services by hireling an in house designer. He is a kid fresh of design school. Nice guy but no real talent. Now the owner has him doing mostly grunt work like running errands and I've started cleaning up his mess.

Yesterday I managed to use the treadmill for 25 minutes. It was mostly set to only 2 mph but this has been the first time I've been able to do more than 5 minutes since my leg messed up again so I'm making progress.

Just a day of my usual mundane work planned for today.
