No doctors, spectator sports, back issues or anything else except not enough hours in the day to work and play.

Just got home from the gym. Did a longer the usual workout while Christy was in yoga.

Going to go into our front yard and trim one or our bushes. Then a little house cleaning. Then a late day bike ride. Then watch more episodes of House of Cards before watching Shameless.

At least that's the plan. For some odd reason I keep on running out of hours each day before I do everything planned.
