Jel figured that one for sure ... but its hard to see anything being done about it - maybe theyll be "grand" and fix it for you but the practice likely continues in general.
...and realistically theres only a sense of fairplay in their way, it isnt illegal or shady, just a bit shitty. Especially given their near monopoly in the market |
