Sunday March 31st (aka Not Feeling It)

Evening

Today I've been visiting my niece and her family.
Spring is here, but windy and cold. Weather is awesome though.

Yesterday I made a silly error on my personal blog, my host responded to my urgent ticket within 10 minutes. Good.
I thought I gave a response to that, but somehow it wasn't sent. My bad.
So I did that this morning. Now, 8 hours later they haven't done anything about it. Now that's bad!
What strikes me is, when the response is quick and accurate, it's always signed with one of the staff that knows me.
When it's signed with a name I haven't seen before/remember, it takes ages.
Coincidence? Dunno. You guys have similar experiences?

Anyhow, I hope you all have a good Sunday at the end of march
