Thu Sep 10 No Meds Day!
Morning.
 Took my last antibiotic yesterday. My blood pressure has returned to normal. This is my first day not on meds in 4+ years. I'll take it! I've got a lot of running to do including taking my daughter to the dentist today. I know she doesn't social distance so she'll be in a mask today as will I. No Buffalo Jays  today.
