I actually watched football last night since the 49ers were on and the wife wanted to watch her team loose.

Today is fasting day and I went to the grocery store already so there will be option when I break the fast tomorrow morning

Need to get outside and do yard work before the heat hits though today is the last of the 90's F heatwave we've been having.
