Good Morning

Back was feeling a little better so I ran a couple of errands yesterday. In doing so I've F'd my back up to it's worst level again

I have to pick up a neighbor from outpatient surgery this morning, I'm dreading this but agreed to do so a week ago. Hopdefully this will not screw me even more.

We have family showing up tomorrow for a small gathering and I'm feeling screwed. Haven't felt this much pain since my accident years ago.

Trying to look on the bright side, I do have a chiro appt on Monday so hopefully he can do something or put me on a path to recovery.
