My wife's cousin is really anal about this kind of stuff - especially about using the same utensil for both beef & poultry, but I really don't see the big deal - LOL
I usually throw the chicken or steak on the grill by hand, then wash my hands & use a pair of tongs to flip them 1/2 way thru - I'm still alive  |
