First off - Dave is right on the money - his opinion is good!!!
Secondly I will go a step further - those submission programs have features that Google has specifically said publicly will get you banned at Google for their use. To add to that - any of these "submit you site to 500 SEs for free" type programs will help you go down the tubes as they will submit you to link farms that are on Googles Sh*t list - not a good place to be

Make some free sites to promote the pay site - and get listed on the major LLs - so that you have incoming links and the SEs will pick you up immediately

of course they may have not done complete indexing yet theyre kinda slow - but on a quick check - they didnt have much to index as there is no text on the index page - they are having to use the meta description for their description - text on the page and some alt tags on some images might help them get a better idea of whats inside
