Your thumbs are really small, nobody has said anything about it so it might be ok. That's the same banner you used on main page, mix it up a bit.
Okay, none of your images on gallery 2 are working yet, the directory thing other people were talking about and if you don't get them to click on the banner on warning or main, they probably won't click on same banner on gallery one or two.
Meta tags are good things, use them.
Make your titles similar to keywords.
