What do good / converting hosted galleries looks like?

Your question is difficult to answer as it is subjective. Of course Cleo has given you the basic for gallery design.

I hestiate in replying because it is never my intent to spam the board, but here is the link of some of the stuff I have done. http://chopscash.com/sitespro.html Damn, thing about it is I do one and think it is a masterpiece and then the next day it looks like a piece of crap to me.

IMO, the less graphical galleries tend to go the best. I guess it going back to the KISS theory.
