I'd contact Pimproll right away and get in front of this. Looks like you've got an asshole with too much time on his hands and no understanding of the law. Get authorization (in an email) for what you're doing, then forward the email to the proper person at your host. Unless you're using something HE owns the copyright on, he has no standing to challenge anything.
