I've tested AdWords for adult sites and had absolutely no luck with it. I've heard great things about PPC traffic overall, but I've never been able to do a damn thing with AdWords traffic. I've heard some good things about gotosexsites.com, which is essentially the same thing for adult sites only as far as I understand, and there is a new player (owned by the same people) called adultsense.com that is literally an adult version of AdWords/AdSense. I'm testing their ads on a couple of my pages, but they don't have a ton of ads in the system yet.
Don't know if this helps, but I figured I'd give you the couple leads that I have  BTW, if you google "pussy" there's an adwords ad for "penisdance dot com", so apparently google doesn't have problems with adult oriented domain names across the board.
