I do agree that he was guilty.

I would prefer to die then spend my life in jail so I actually think death is not as bad.

Scott breathing is a waste of our air but I believe killing is wrong no matter what the justification is so on a fundamental level I think the death penalty is wrong. With all the inmates getting released due to DNA evidence there is also the issue and killing innocent people.

That aside I can't help but getting some satisfaction of hearing him being told that he was sentenced to die.
