just talked on a phone with hosting company

that host http://porn-reality.u24.entropichosting.com
copy of my http://porn-reality.us
and said they refuse to shut it down
and only will send the cheater messages
and if he wont reply will send him warnings
but will not close this website.

is it just me or its sounds like they support illegal
actions and spammers ?
