Looking for advice on find and replace script to run on server.

I have a whole bunch more to do on a few of my domains with a few different sponsor codes from a few different places. I know what I'll be doing this evening.

Hopefully I'm not going to get banned anyplace for changing a page, but fuck if I'm going to leave up codes that lead to a sponsor that is no longer paying me or is out of business or has had to change their link codes or whatever. With all the crap happening this year this script will really come in handy. Just to be on the safe side I'm replacing codes with no console tours in the same niche as the original code was.

Right now I'm backing up my laptop since UPS just dropped off my replacement FireWire drive that I use for backing up after it took a dump last month. ACOMData took forever to replace it, but they did give me a new one for free. I will sleep much better knowing that my computer has been back-upped.
