Well, my wife sometimes calls me cheap and I have traffic for sale, but I usually only accept credit cards from US and Canada after they pass a variety of fraud checks by me.

You can pay me by credit card, but there will be some delay for the traffic to be turned on.

If you have a credit card you should be able to use other money services as well.
