If it's the same 1-2 LLs that constantly give you grief, revise your submit list. There's no shortage of LLs to submit to and you're never gonna make everybody happy all the time.
 Personally I wouldn't use the banner in question as I know from experience it wouldn't sit well with many reviewers.
