If my memory doesn't fail me completely I had been with them some years ago (2000-2001?) and I was always happy - until one day I was hit with a huge overage bill (a single link from a japanese site, which I didn't catch quick enough - I always thought that a good host should consider sending a short alert about unusual traffic spikes)...
