Did you own it? hheheh nothing you could have done to change the path it took - gave us a rude awakening and let us look for someone smaller, cheaper, with dedicated service and that could give us the attention & guidance we so desperately needed. You can only vouch for a company's acumen with what they've proven in the past. You can't speak for how they will be tomorrow or a year from now. They were good (expensive too) while they lasted, they could have been more clear on what the problem was but weren't. We live, we learn
