Rorschach: I am not from Germany, but here you find one of those decisions:

Interesting is that the court mentions "search engine spamming" in the title and mentions google. It also calls meta-tag-spamming and cloaking (for improving se-rankings) as illegal (google translation: 'competition adversity').

Rocco: thanks, I will have to stay away from Germany.

Joe: I think I will go the enom reseller route, it seems like the quickest and easiest solution for now.
