Yeah about once a year I also have to pay the drain man to do this. This is the first year that I've actually seen a big chunk or roots get pulled out. This guy used a different type of machine. All the others have used the machine with the big bundle of spinning cable in front. But this guy used a machine that looked like a suitcase and he feed a coil in one end and it came out the other end as the machine twisted it. He kept on hooking more wire to it as it got feed into the pipe. Then he puled like hell as he backed the coiled wire in and out and this huge chunk of roots came out. I don't think I've ever seen the toilets flush this good in the twenty years that I've owned this house..
